Hand-cultivated with the utmost care, our pears are grown using organic fertilizers and remineralized soils, free from any harmful pesticides.
Our cider, crafted with the utmost attention to detail, is a symphony of flavor made from a blend of three unique pear varieties: Buerre Bosc, Packham, and Lemon Bergamot.
These pears are hand-picked, pulped, and basket-pressed before undergoing a slow, natural fermentation process right here on our farm.
