This delicious cider is made on the Fleurieu Peninsula where we live on our small orchard with our four daughters, dogs, chooks, cat and donkeys. Made with our own apples and pears which are grown naturally, we use organic fertilisers on remineralised soils and no pesticides.

The individual character of our pear cider is influenced by three different varieties of pears; Buerre Bosc, Packham and Lemon Bergamot, giving a smooth and textured flavour.

Our apple cider is influenced by seven different varieties of apples including Abbas and Lady Williams, giving a crisp and full bodied flavour.

These apples and pears are pulped, basket pressed, fermented on our farm and crafted in fine detail.

Our cider is made using traditional methods producing an individual style, complimenting the unique terroir of our farm. This is a refreshing cider perfect chilled to quench your thirst.
