This delicious cider is made on the Fleurieu Peninsula where we live on our small orchard with our four daughters, dogs, chooks, cat and donkeys. Made with our own apples which are grown naturally, we use organic fertilisers on remineralised soils and no pesticides.
The individual character of our cider is influenced by seven different varieties of apples including Abbas and Lady Williams, giving a crisp and full bodied flavour. These apples are pulped, basket pressed, fermented on our farm and crafted in fine detail.
Our dry cider is made using traditional methods producing an individual style, complimenting the unique terroir of our farm. Matured on original lees, this is a lively cider, perfect chilled to quench your thirst.
